Ecommerce website design, priced upfront and owned outright
Transform your brand with an Onlineify store.
Mont Goat is a real store we built. Custom made, integrated with Shopify to maximise performance, and yield beneficial results.
Almost every other Shopify shop is a theme with a logo dropped in. Yours will be custom made from the ground up, only using Shopify for the things that matter.
The breakdown of your store.
Built by onlineify
integrated by Shopify
So, how does this work?
Two things, doing two jobs. We build and host the site. Every page a customer looks at, how the range is browsed and the overall brand experience. All custom built by the Onlineify team.
Shopify sits behind it. It holds your product data, runs the checkout and takes the payment. You manage stock and orders there, keeping everything secure and in one place.
Almost everybody selling you an Ecommerce store is selling you a theme, through a provider like Shopify. That leaves you with the same layout as your competitors, only difference is the Logo atop the page. At Onlineify we use the engine, but custom build a body that sits over it. That's the difference.
We are Shopify partners.
Shopify is where we work because it is the most versatile, user friendly and safer route for nearly everybody. Some shops genuinely need something else, and for those we build the catalogue, the basket and the checkout ourselves, using a secure payment processor you choose.
If this sounds like you, get in touch or book a call to scope your new store.
Worth talking about
- A payment method Shopify does not support in your country
- Subscriptions or instalments Shopify Payments will not handle
- A basket that has to live inside something you already run
- Selling in a way a product catalogue does not describe
Already selling somewhere? Test the shop you have first. The short report is free, takes about a minute, and tells you what it is costing you.
Both builds, priced.
Twenty products included on either, and the same published rate for every product above that. The configurator helps you spec your build exactly how you want.

Why a shop built this way is worth having.
A custom storefront on the best commerce engine there is. Six things fall out of that combination, and every one of them is either a sale you would otherwise lose or an invoice you would otherwise keep paying.
-
It looks like nobody else’s
Designed around what you sell and how people should browse it. Not a layout you fight every time the range changes, and not a storefront your customer has already seen. Completely custom.
-
It converts like the best.
The checkout is Shopify’s, because theirs is measurably better than anything on the market. Shopify puts its checkout an average of 15% ahead of the competition on conversion, and up to 36% ahead at the top end.
-
Returning buyers type nothing
Shop Pay remembers a customer between shops, so somebody who has bought anywhere else on it is one tap from buying from you. Shopify reports it converting 50% higher than a standard checkout and running around three times faster.
-
It holds up on your biggest day
Shopify states its checkout handles 40,000 checkout starts a minute. The day you get featured somewhere and the traffic all arrives at once is the day you wish you had this system already on your store.
-
It is found from launch
Schema, meta and a sitemap across the whole catalogue, SEO built in at the start rather than sold to you later as an upgrade. A shop nobody can find is a shop that does not sell.
-
It is yours to change without asking us
Products and stock in your own Shopify account. Everything else in a content system with your own fields inside. No ticket, no wait, and no hourly rate to change a word.
Figures published by Shopify on its own checkout page, shopify.com/uk/checkout, read on 17 September 2026. They are Shopify’s measurements of Shopify, not ours.
Shopify
from £25 a month
Paid to Shopify, in your own account, on your own card. It says from because it is a floor rather than a quote, and it drops if you pay for a year up front.
A cut of each sale
Shopify takes it
A small percentage, set by them and paid by you. We disclose it rather than averaging it into a monthly figure, because an average would be wrong for everybody.
Your domain
Renewed at cost
Straight to the registrar, in your name. Hosting and the content system both sit on free tiers, so this and Shopify are the whole of it.
Us
Nothing
The build is paid for once. No required subscription, nothing rented, and no share of anything you sell. There are plans after launch to help maintain your stores competitiveness, but choosing one or not wont impact the build.
Ongoing support built for a shop, not a website.
A brochure site sits still. A shop does not: stock moves, seasons turn, and a range that grows needs somewhere for the new things to go. These two plans exist only for shops.

What it costs to build.
One published figure for a fixed scope, agreed before anybody starts. Not a starting point, not a range, not a quote on request.
- The whole storefront, every page a shop needs
- Filtering built around what you actually sell
- Shopify checkout on your own address
- A content system with your own fields in it
- Schema, meta and a sitemap across the catalogue
- Ninety days of support after launch
The number changes with how your range behaves, not with how much of the work we are willing to do.

One payment, or split across the build. Ex VAT. Shopify’s own subscription is separate and is paid to them.
Stop renting a shop.
The domain, the code, the content system, the analytics, the Google profile: yours from the first day. Shopify’s subscription is the one thing you rent, and you rent it from them, not from us.
Not rented. Not licensed. Not hosted by us.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No, and there is nothing to cancel later. Payments run through your own Shopify account in your name. We are paid once for the build, and after that every sale is entirely yours.
So is it a Shopify theme?
No. A theme is a storefront somebody else designed, resold with your logo on it. We use Shopify as the engine and write the whole storefront from nothing.
Can I move my products over from Shopify, Etsy or somewhere else?
Yes. Migration from an existing site starts at £250 for a content import with no redesign, and a larger catalogue is quoted before you commit to anything.
Who looks after it when something breaks?
Your support window covers the first ninety days. After that it is pay as you go from £45, or a Care plan from £59 a month keeps us on call. Neither is switched on for you.
The rest is in the full FAQ.
